Project Description: The City of Tallahassee is soliciting bids from qualified developers and/or licensed contractors (“Contractors”) who are interested in providing professional construction services for renovation of the building at 507 West Brevard Street for the Frenchtown Cultural Center and Museum. The City will be selecting one contractor to renovate the building on City-owned lot. This solicitation seeks a response for the renovation of one (1) building structure.
