Project Description: This Request for Proposals is intended to solicit proposals from firms to provide field investigative and adjusting services, including reporting and/or processing from a local office or resident adjusters. Most of the field work will be during normal City business hours, Monday – Friday from 7am – 7pm. The resultant contract term shall be for a 5-year base period. Firms Must have sufficient resources and qualified staff to investigate liability claims of the City. See section 3.3 of the solicitation document for more detailed claims services required.
