Project Description: The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a term contract for Chemical Cleaning of Landfill Leachate collection System on an "as needed" basis for facilities located throughout the Solid Waste AUTHORITY of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein.
