Description: The Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the operation of an Apartment Treatment Program with capacity to serve 11 individuals housed in scattered site apartment units located in Fulton County. This program is currently not in operation, the successful applicant will be required to develop all housing units in Fulton County. All housing units target adults with serious mental illness or who have a co-occurring substance use disorder. Notice: Notification of intent to apply should be made to the Local Governmental Unit (county director of community services) for each county to be served under the program application, as defined in Section 41 of the New York State Mental Hygiene Law.
