Description: The Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the operation of an Apartment Treatment Program with capacity to serve 79 individuals housed in scattered site apartment units located in both New York and Bronx Counties. This program is currently operated by a not-for-profit agency and the successful applicant will be required to transition the existing residents and leases from the current provider.
