Project Description: A. The locations of the work are: 1000 North Riverside Drive, 900 North 900 West, 800 North 900 West, 700 North 900 West, 200 North 900 West, 900 West Montague Avenue, 900 West Fayette Avenue, 900 West Dalton Avenue, 1430 West California Avenue, 2100 South 1525 West, 500 South 900 East, Sunnyside Avenue Deitsel Road, Sunnyside Avenue Foothill Drive, 1933 South 2100 East, Parleys Way Maywood Drive, 2000 East Yuma View Drive, Zenith Avenue Highland Drive, Elgin Avenue Richmond Street, 1700 South Concord Street, 1000 North 900 West in Salt Lake City.
B. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to: roadway improvements: curb and gutter, medians, bulbouts, asphalt tie-ins, concrete flatwork and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons.
