The City of Beaumont requests bids to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described herein and in the plans.  It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and barricades required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the Contract.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12, 2025, in person at 1350 Langham Road, Beaumont, TX and virtually on Microsoft Teams. Attendees may join by internet or phone call:

Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is a prerequisite to bidding. Prior to the pre-bid conference, interested bidders should obtain forms of proposal, contract, bond, and specifications.  No one will be allowed to enter the pre-bid virtually or in-person if arrival is later than 5 minutes after the designated time.  Calls for any technical difficulties must be made prior to the meeting.
