Notes	This project is located along E. 53rd Street from just west of the Elmore Circle Intersection to east of the Elmore Avenue Intersection. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the existing PCC roadway pavement for the areas as shown in the plans, granular subbase material, crushed rock stabilization if needed, geogrid materials if needed, patching of the roadway with a PCC pavement section, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersection including ADA ramp construction as shown in the plans, topsoil and seeding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
