Overview

Summary

The proposed drainage improvements shall include, but be limited to, the demolition of existing curb & gutter, concrete drainage flumes and pavement including the installation of curb and gutter, pavement, drainage structures, pavement markings and signage along 23rd St. between Newport and Colonial Ave.

Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Monday, May 19, 2025 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/164919 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
