RD2026-1 Roadway Paving and Sidewalk Installation for Roton Avenue and Pine Point Road (From McKinley Street to Nearwater Road)

Project Description: The proposed project is a Roadway Paving and Sidewalk Installation For Roton Avenue and Pine Point Road (From McKinley Street To Nearwater Road). It includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, water main testing, supervision, etc. for the Project. The awarded bidder is also responsible for most incidentals related to this work such as Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, driveway or walk replacement, the resetting of structures and site restoration as necessary to complete the Project scope of work. The work under this Project shall be completed by no later than 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, with additional schedule restrictions outlined in the Special Notes.
