3rd Floor Renovations - Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) New Administration Building (NAB)

Project Description: Demolition of existing office and records space on the third floor of the New Administration Building and the build -out of new offices, conference rooms, and other spaces to support the GLWA design, construction, and engineering groups; removal and replacement of an existing air handling unit that serves the third-floor space; associated demolition and new construction for the temporary process control center space on the first floor; and the sequenced demolition and new construction at the existing third and fourth floor main toilet rooms.
