Description View Changes

The contract work includes removal and disposal of all office furniture, supplies, cubical parts, filing cabinets, and miscellaneous items identified within the area on the 3rd floor and basement storage room of the Forest Service R4 Regional Office in Ogden, UT. After removal and disposal of all items, the contractor will be responsible to vacuum the floors. The work locations area shown in an attached floorplan drawing.



A Site Visit is scheduled for 06/24/2025 at 10:30 AM MT.

324 25th Street, Ogden, UT 84401. Meet in Room 4100.

Questions about this solicitation are due on 6/26/2025 by 10:00 AM MT and Quotes are due on 7/1/2025 by 10:00 AM MT.



Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a subcontractor form (Exhibit 2-SF-1413), and to and to answer questions about site visit attendance. Vendors must sign and return this amendment with their quote. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
