RCI Carpet Project

Ross Correctional Instituion located at 16149 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH 45601 is looking for a carpet project to be completed.
SCOPE OF WORK
Remove all old carpet and rubber base.
Must provide dumpster to be located outside the prison fence. Must provide trailer and small utility vehicle or golf cart to haul debris and materials to dumpster.
Prep the floor and walls for new carpet and rubber base.
Install new Carbon Copy 54806 carpet squares with the matching rubber base.
Install new door transitions as needed.
Totaling approximately 2063 square feet.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all of the required documentation via OhioBuys.
