The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (SCDJJ) is soliciting bids from qualified Offerors for the furnishing and delivery of two hundred fifty (250) coils of wire-reinforced concertina barbed tape for use in perimeter security applications. The materials procured under this solicitation shall be used to repair, replace, and maintain existing perimeter security fencing and related barrier systems at SCDJJ facilities.
