CWS is seeking information regarding labor, equipment, materials, and estimated costs, to perform a Raw Water Tunnel Inspection The inspection will include two submerged tunnel access shafts approx. 12-foot diameter and 100-foot depth, and the entire approximate 2.5-mile, 8-foot diameter tunnel between them.
