Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the East Moline Engineering &

Maintenance Facility located at 1200 -13th Avenue, East Moline, Illinois, 61244 until March 31, 2026,

at 11:00 a.m. local time. The Project consists of: Construction of access roads in the City of East

Moline’s ravine “B”. The purpose of this road is for the City of East Moline to gain access to the City’s

sanitary sewer. Work includes clearing and grubbing, tree removal, excavation, tied concrete lock

mats, breaker run base course, geotechnical fabric, topsoil, culvert construction, seeding and

fertilizing complete and storm water pollution control/erosion control, complete.
