Description:

Accepting applications for the position of Planning and Zoning Administrator. This position is responsible for administration of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan, permitting, and plan reviewing and works closely with the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Candidates will have municipal zoning experience, be detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Good communication, organization, and recordkeeping skills are critical.

Pre-Bid Information:

The Town is looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a municipal environment. A bachelor’s degree in urban planning, or a closely related field is desired. AICP certification is helpful. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Salary will be dependent upon qualifications.
