Summary

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to conduct a rates and charges market analysis for selected on-airport hangars and office facilities at Albert Whitted Airport.

Background

The purpose of this study is to evaluate current rental rates and lease structures in comparison to similar facilities at comparable airports, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market standards. Specific buildings to be analyzed will be identified in the full scope of work. Albert Whitted Airport is a busy, general aviation airport located near the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, FL within the Tampa Bay metro region. It currently has roughly 185 based aircraft and in recent years is averaging 90,000 - 100,000 operations per year.
