RATE STUDY SERVICES. The City of Wyoming is soliciting the services of qualified vendors to prepare a rate study for its Stormwater Utility to establish stormwater rates for the next 5 years – 2026-2030. The study shall establish equitable stormwater rates for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
