the vendor agrees that the Code governs this procurement from solicitation through

completion of the resulting contract, including disputes, if any. ACCESS TO CODE. For

RATE ON TRI-AXLE DUMP TRUCKS

SCOPE OF WORK

Orangeburg County Public Services is looking for a rate (by the hour) on Tri-Axle Dump

Trucks, to haul asphalt materials from Palmetto Corp in Bowman, SC.

Including hauling stone-based material from Martin Marietta in Cross, SC and Martin Marietta

in Cayce, SC.

Also need an hourly rate on hauling mill materials off Highway 2 miles east of I-95 off I- 26.
