This Addendum is issued in accordance with the IFB Terms & Conditions and is intended to provide
additional information and clarification to Respondents.
This Addendum consists of two (2) items which are listed below and are an integral part of the IFB to which
it is attached and is incorporated therein and made part thereof by this reference.
Item 1 - Changes To IFB
1. Change Questions Deadline to Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at noon.
2. Additional Information on Non-Mandatory Site Visit:
The Rapidan PS and Intake is located on a low maintenance access road, the County highly
recommends that attendees utilize vehicles capable of all terrain, four or all-wheel drive.
