San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), which may also be referred to as the County or by DBH-Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Services (SUDRS), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Rapid Re-housing services for any/all target populations to include eligible CalWORKS clients as assessed and identified as eligible for Family Stabilization services. Family Stabilization services help clients that the County has identified as having a crisis which de-stabilizes their family. Rapid Re-housing services is a program within the Family Stabilization program.
