Description:	The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Children & Family Services (Department) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to solicit bids for a Contract with an organization capable of providing Rapid Engagement and Housing services. The County seeks to collaborate with its community partners to enhance the capacity of housing and supportive services in order to improve the lives of Non-Minor Dependents, ages 18 to 21, in the Supervised Independent Living Placement (SILP) program. This is a countywide program serving all eight Service Planning Areas (SPAs).
