Bidders must submit bids through the Online Bidding System https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/ before 2:00:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 27, 2025 for the construction of:

R.M. OF BROWNING NO. 34

Range Road 2060 Clay Cap Upgrade

The work included in this project is located in the R.M. of Browning, SK. Major work items are as follows:

.1 Supply and Install Clay Cap 69,000 m3

.2 Subgrade Preparation 87,000 m2

.3 Supply and Incorporate Traffic Gravel (Owner Supplied, Hauled, & Placed) 9,705 m

.4 Install 500 dia. HDPE Culverts (Owner Supplied) 300 m

.5 Install 600 mm dia. CSP Culverts (Owner Supplied) 165 m

Each Tender must be accompanied by a bank draft or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Tender Price, payable to the R.M. of Browning No. 34. Tenderers are also required to supply a Consent of Surety Form in the amount equal to fifty (50%) percent of the Contract sum.

All tenderers are encouraged to visit the Site prior to submitting to evaluate field conditions and the borrow source location.

The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all tenders, and will not accept for consideration tenders from any tenderer (including subcontractors) that is a party to any unresolved legal action against the Owner, or accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the Owner.
