REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

Contractors are asked to submit a quotation for the Random Crack Seal by Polymers/Crumb Rubber & Fiber Reinforcing Method – Contract PW-26-18 to furnish all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of filling and sealing cracks on various town roadways in Tewksbury, Massachusetts between the periods from March 2, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

Written quotations for Contract PW-26-18 must be received at the Department of Public Works located 999 Whipple Road, Tewksbury, MA 01876 by 2:00 PM on March 5, 2026.

The Procurement and Award of this Contract will be pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30 § 39M. The Owner reserves the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to waive any informality in or to reject any or all quotations if deemed to be in its best interest of the Town.
