5819 - Ramona Court Landscaping

The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified vendors to perform landscaping services on a City-owned parcel located in front of 66 Ramona Court in New Rochelle, New York. Location is shown in the yellow box in the image below and is approximately 1,000 sq ft.  Please see Exhibit E for photos of existing conditions. All work shall be completed no later than 30 days from full contract execution.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting will be held on September 10, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.  The meeting will begin in front of 66 Ramona Court in New Rochelle, New York.

The Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged attend.

Each bid must be accompanied by a DEPOSIT in the form of certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the CITY OF NEW ROCHELLE, NEW YORK, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price (CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

The City will not accept a Bid Bond as a form of Bid Deposit. Any bidder who submits a Bid Bond as a form of Bid Deposit will be deemed unresponsive and the bid will be rejected.
