Project Description: The scope of work consists of constructing a new arch culvert drainage crossing structure at Vekol Wash and Ralston Road at the existing at grade drainage crossing. Improvements include new grading, drainage improvements, new pavement, new signing and marking, new water line modifications, utility relocations by others and other related work as shown on the plans.
