The anticipated period of performance is from 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2026 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods, and includes FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Abbott Rapid Diagnostic Informatics, Inc. as they are the only company who can provide the RALS-Web3 software.
