Raiser’s Edge 7 Support and Maintenance – Blackbaud, Inc

The Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) with MNIT Services intends to renew an agreement with Blackbaud, Inc., for up to three years, for continued, uninterrupted services of Raiser’s Edge 7 for use by the Minnesota State Services for the Blind.

Raiser’s Edge 7 is an on-premise program utilized by State Services for the Blind for the administration of the statutorily mandated fundraising process. This process includes, but is not limited to, the design and implementation of fundraising campaigns, the tracking and recording of donations, the maintenance of individual donor records, and incorporates legacy data when required.

The State has determined that Raiser’s Edge 7 is the only commercially reasonably available product. Blackbaud, Inc., retains exclusive ownership, copyrights, and trademark of their proprietary Raiser's Edge 7 software, maintenance, and support services. This product is also not available from other third parties.
