SEALED BIDS for the Rainbow Drive Sanitary Sewer project in Independence, KS will be received by City of Independence, 120 N 6th Street, Independence, Kansas 67301 until 10:00 AM., September 18, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud in City Commission Room at 10:00 A.M., September 18, 2025.

Bidding documents have been prepared by TranSystems. Plans and specifications have been prepared by TranSystems. The bid documents, plans and specifications may be examined and obtained from the public works office for the City of Independence.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects and to reject any or all bids and to readvertise and rebid and/or negotiate with any or all bidders.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
