25-176 Rain Gutter Removal, Fabrication, and Installation Services at the El Cajon DMV Field Office

You are invited to review and respond to this Small Business Bid Solicitation (SB Bid) entitled 25-176 Rain Gutter Removal, Fabrication, and Installation Services at the El Cajon DMV Field Office.

In submitting your bid, you must comply with the instructions found herein.  Your bid must be submitted via email (the DMV will not accept a mailed or hand-delivered bid).

Purpose and Description of Services: Rain gutter removal, fabrication, and installation services for the El Cajon DMV Field Office.

Term:  Ten (10) calendar days within a term of twelve (12) months.  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Total Estimated Contract Cost:  $37,950.00

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:  A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on 9/9/2025 at 1450 Graves Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92021 (Meeting at the flagpole), for the purpose of discussing concerns regarding this SB Bid.

Written questions regarding SB Bid are due by 10:00 a.m. on 9/10/2025.

Written responses to questions released by 5:00 p.m. on 9/11/2025.

Final date of bid submission: 11:59 p.m. on 9/15/2025.

Proposed start date of contract: 10/01/2025.
