Rain Barrel Sale and Distribution with Website or Webpage

Houston Public Works (HPW) is seeking a vendor to sell and distribute a maximum of 180 rain barrels specifically to City Council District H Residents (Residents) in the Greater Houston area. The vendor will provide a website or webpage for pre-sale of the rain barrels, management of sales, Resident pre-qualification process, delivery to event site and adequate staffing for unloading and staging of rain barrels. Vendor will be responsible for all Resident communication prior to and during event. Distribution of rain barrels will occur in a one-day pick-up event to be scheduled for a Saturday in the Fall or Winter of 2025. Date will be coordinated between Houston Public Works and the vendor. Award will be based on best price based on meeting specifications.
