The City of Caldwell, Idaho will receive bids for Railroad Quiet Zone . Bids are currently due on or before 2:00 pm , on Thursday, December 18, 2025 .
This project includes the installation of concrete median curbs and other traffic control devices at six railroad crossings locations in Caldwell, to implement a Railroad Quiet Zone. Substantial coordination with Union Pacific Railroad is required to accomplish the project.
