The project includes upgrades to track, civil, structural, and signal systems to enhance operational flexibility, support future rail growth, and improve freight and passenger train movements on the Overland Route between Chicago, Illinois, and the San Francisco Bay Area in California with station stops in Elko, Nevada. | ||||
