The Government proposes to acquire the Rail Launcher Guide (PN 13593199), BRAN Wiring Harness (PN 13593158), and BRAN Wiring Harness (PN 13593159) for the Hellfire Weapons System. This will be placed on the existing 8 year, indefinite delivery requirements (IDR) type contract SPRRA224D0003 in support of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) AMCOM Logistics Center (ALC).

This item is restricted to: MARVIN ENGINEERING CO., INC, CAGE CODE: 32067. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only one responsible source. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.

All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
