Project Description: The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers to provide a five-year inventory stock contract for bulk oils used in preventive maintenance of the Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) Siemens S70 fleet and City LYNX Streetcar Siemens S700 fleet. The awarded contract will support ongoing rail maintenance operations by ensuring a reliable, uninterrupted supply of specified lubricants.
