RAIL CORRIDOR STUDY. The City of Willmar, Kandiyohi County, and BNSF Railway Company have entered into a cooperative agreement to study and evaluate multimodal safety, efficiency, connectivity, and resiliency across the BNSF Morris and Marshall Subdivisions within the City of Willmar and Kandiyohi County.
