Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Rural Housing Opportunities Corporation is seeking proposals from New York State Certified Radon Testing contractors/firms, to provide radon testing services in conjunction with a recently awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Grant and HOME Grant which will be administered throughout Genesee, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, and Wayne Counties. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm January 29 th 2025 and can be emailed, mailed or hand delivered-see RFP for delivery details. A detailed copy of the RFP is available in the attachments of this ad, can be requested by emailing skwik@pathstone.org or by calling 585-546-3700 ext. 3020. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises, SDVOB, and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.
