Radiological Services 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ocean County Board of Health is seeking quotations for Radiological Services for the period beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

Background Information:

The Ocean County Board of Health is tax-exempt government unit. The award of a contract for the provision of an open-end contract for the interpretation of X-Rays and comparative analysis of history films for approximately 60-70 images per year based on previous three year history is anticipated to be made in December 2025 based on the most advantageous terms, price and other factors considered. Interested parties must submit quotes by November 12, 2025 at 11:30 .m. at which time they will be read aloud at 175 Sunset Ave., Toms River, NJ 08755. The Ocean County Board of Health (OCBH) will consider proposals for a two-year contract or a one-year contract with an option to extend for one-year at the discretion of the OCBH. General Requirements:

1.   Quotes for interpretation of X-Rays and comparative analysis of history films to be received electronically from X-Ray technologist and digital imaging provider by licensed physician(s), including submission of final diagnostic reports within five business days, are being requested.

2.   Provide line item pricing and upload additional information form and certification in the E-Procurement portal.

3.   Vendor/contractor shall provide a copy of its W-9 before award of contract.

4.   Vendor/contractor shall provide a copy of the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and Iran, Russia and Belarus prohibited activities disclosure before award of contract.

5.   Vendor/contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Ocean County Board of Health as additional insured in a minimum amount of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 aggregate general liability; $1,000,000 auto liability each accident, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage; worker’s compensation in the statutory minimum and employer’s liability coverage of at least $100,000 for each accidental injury and with respect to bodily injury by disease, $100,000 each employee and $500,000 per policy year before award of contract.
