Radio system upgrade

The Screven County School System is soliciting proposals to provide all necessary equipment, materials,
labor, insurance, and supervision to upgrade the Screven County School System¿s radio system. Qualified proposers interested in providing a proposal shall be knowledgeable and adequately qualified to perform the work described. Qualified proposers shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the related field of work and have experience with at least five (5) projects that were of similar or larger scope and size as included in this bid package. All interested proposers must provide the pertinent required data.

Please read and carefully consider all materials enclosed in this RFP. It is the responsibility of each person or company submitting a proposal to understand the scope of the work involved and to fully comprehend the work required.

All proposals should include the following items: 1) a list of at least three (3) references from previous projects with addresses, phone numbers, and contact names; 2) Copies of liability and workman¿s comp. insurance coverage; 3) Contractor Affidavit; 4) any other materials which may be of use to the school system in determining the willingness and/or ability to do the proposed project. The Screven County Schools will receive sealed proposals at 611 Pine Street, Sylvania, GA 30467 until 10:00 AM local time on June 20th, 2025. Proposals will be opened and reviewed for consideration at a later time, in the presence of at least two witnesses.The school system reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. The school system will award the agreement/P.O. based on the proposed cost, including any addendum, adjusted quantities and/or systems as deemed applicable.
