The Texas Parks and WildlifeDepartment will host a virtual pre-proposal conference at 10:30 AM CST, January14, 2025.

Although the pre-proposalconference is not mandatory, Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend asimportant information regarding proposal submittal requirements and an overviewof the Project will be discussed. Failureto give proper consideration to conditions when preparing the proposal will notconstitute grounds for additional compensation.

General Scope of Work:

Projectscope includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentalsnecessary, but not limited to the following:

Provide and install:

o Pre-engineered,prefabricated concrete support building

o Stone wall aroundperimeter

o Footings, antenna,coaxial cable and related communications equipment

o Electrical workincluding power supply and grounding

o Electricalinfrastructure, including cable trays and bridging

o Gravel drive requiredsignage

Project Schedule: 300 Calendar Days from date specifed in a Notice to Proceed.

Conference will be conducted usingMicrosoft® Teams. Registration isrequired to attend the pre-proposal conference using the following link. Following registration, you will receive aconfirmation email with a link to join the event.
