Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) the State of Vermont, Department of Public Service (hereinafter the “Department” or “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide expert witness services to assist in formulating and presenting recommendations on the radio frequency (“RF”) impacts of various telecommunications, and electric transmission and generation projects as required by 30 V.S.A. §§ 20, 219a, 248, 248a, and other statutes.
