Rabun County Courthouse Renovation

Please see attached advertisement for bids. Contractors are invited to submit a lump sum bid for the Rabun County Courthouse Renovation
construction project. All needed finish site work, retaining wall, paving, curbs and gutters,
concrete and masonry, mechanical, electrical, painting, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, and all
other scopes of work needed for the Rabun County Courthouse Renovation are included in this
package. Building will be constructed per plans and specifications.
Sealed bids will be received by the Rabun County Board of Commissioners until 3:00 p.m.,
Thursday, November 13, 2025 at their office located at 25 Courthouse Square Suite 201
Clayton, GA 30525. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on the bid package Proposal Form
along with a 5% bid bond. No faxed or emailed bids accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud at said office after submittal deadline.
A thorough review of the bid package description and bid documents are required prior to
submitting bids. A MANDATORY pre bid meeting will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at
10 AM at the building site located at 25 Courthouse Square Suite 201, Clayton, GA 30525.
The information for bidders, form of bid, form of contract, plans & specifications and forms of bid
bond, performance and payment bond and other contract documents may be examined at the
following location: Commissioner¿s Office, 25 Courthouse Square Suite 201 Clayton, GA 30525.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the
Owner¿s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
