The purpose of this solicitation (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide is to procure Splunk ES for on premises and Cloud SaaS as specified in the premier licensing package. This licensing package incorporates the Splunk SOAR feature as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
