The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide answers to questions from industry.

The RFQ references "VIP-listed SDVOSB"; I called the SBA and they said that the VIP database no longer exists.Â How shouldÂ we proceed?
The template used was not up to date as the VIP-listing has changed to VETCERT-listing. This Solicitation is an SDVOSB set-aside for all SBA VETCERT verified SDVOSB entities. Firms not listed in veterans.certify.sba.gov will be ineligible for award.

The IGCE (Independent Government Cost Estimate) is for official use only. This requirement is a new program for our VISN. There are no current/previous contracts to provide previous contract values, incumbents, or contract numbers.
