Description: The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Division of Human Resources is seeking proposals from organizations experienced and capable in providing services for the processing of Unemployment Insurance claims against the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) and for performing all task related to the administration of Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims including representing the NYCDOE at New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) hearings. The pertinent services include: Receipt and Processing of wage and data forms, Maintenance of UI payment and Billing Data, Research of Personnel and Payroll Records to Support Wage and Data Forms processing and UI Hearings, Staffing and Provisions for Backup Staff, Coordinating Issuance of Annual Reasonable Assurance per Section 590.10 and 590.11.

This Proposal will be evaluated by a three or five-member evaluation committee. The evaluation committee's size will depend on the number of responses received and the DOE's best interest.

The committee will use the criteria listed in the RFP to evaluate each vendor (proposal). These services are being contracted out because the DOE does not have the resources or in-house expertise to provide the various inspection
