The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable of providing On-Site Telephone Switchboard Operator Services and Administrative Support for the Salem VA Medical Center, located in Salem, VA. The solicitation is Set-Aside for Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, SDVOSB. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed contract for One (1) Annual Base Year with Four (4) Annual Option Years, to begin on 12/01/2025.
A Request for Quotation, RFQ, will be issued on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
To be eligible for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov at the time the quote is submitted. Also, to be eligible for award, the prospective contractor must comply with the Performance Work Statement and Instructions to Offerors. The prospective contractor must also have updated and correct information in the VA Financial Service Center s Customer Engagement Portal. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or Small Business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company provides 51% of the requirement as the Primary Contractor.
