The acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking to establish a Contract for a base and four one-year options for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Support Services Division, Philadelphia, PA Regional Office
