ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe
County Water Authority (the "Authority") at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York
14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 10:30 a.m. prevailing time on
Friday, October 30, 2026 at which time and place they will be opened via WebEx or telephone
conferencing and read aloud. A WebEx meeting link will be sent out to all plan holders and posted at
https://www.mcwa.com/public-information/procurement-opportunities/. The meeting password is:
BidOpening. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
R.J. Metzger Webster WTP Wood Stave Tanks Liner Replacement
This project consists of the replacement of three wood stave storage tank liners at the R.J. Metzger
Webster Water Treatment Plant.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2026 at the
R.J. Metzger Webster Water Treatment Plant, 593 Basket Rd., Webster NY 14580.
The Bidding Documents, including drawings, may be obtained from the Monroe County Water Authority
by contacting Cady Joy at Cady.Joy@mcwa.com (585) 442-2001 x 268 or MaryKay Antelli at
MaryKay.Antelli@mcwa.com (585) 442-2001 x456. The Bidding Documents can be picked up at the
Operations Center by making arrangements with Ms. Joy, or Mrs. Antelli. The Bidding Documents can
also be sent out via FEDEX, by providing The Authority with a FEDEX account number. There is no fee for
the Bidding Documents.
