Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids forcommercial Janitorial Services at the Waco Regional Office Complex, comprised of approximately 4,116 square feet total, located at 1601 E. Crest Dr., Waco,TX 76705, in accordance with the attached specifications dated September 2025. See Attachments A and B for service area maps.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS –MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT

Bidders are required to attend amandatory pre-bid site visit to inspect the work site to become familiar with the condition and equipment needed to conduct the requested services.

The mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Waco Regional Office Complex.
